Volunteering for the Convention

The 2007 AVA Convention will need many volunteers to help events run smoothly. You can sign up now. The earlier you volunteer, the more likely it is that you will get to work at the times you want. Please help us make this a fun Convention for all. Thank you.

Use the "Specific Events" list (below) to sign up for specific events. These pages will show you available shifts and specific jobs that need to be done.

Volunteer photographers are needed for the AVA convention. The editor of the daily AVA 2007 Convention Newsletter needs volunteer photographers with digital cameras to provide photos from the convention walks for the newsletter. If you will be bringing a digital camera to take photos during the convention walks and can commit to bringing the photos to the Radisson Hotel each afternoon (or sending them via email), please contact Luanne Johnson at LuanneJ@sprynet.com
